As an entrepreneur and strategic leader, I have hands-on experience managing and growing two companies, Eleven Bravo Group LLC and Sterileco LLC. My expertise lies in business development, operations management, government contracting, and project execution. I pride myself on being a strong communicator, focused on building long-term partnerships and delivering results.

In my current role as Business Development & Operations Manager, I oversee all aspects of operations, client relations, project delivery, and growth strategies. I manage subcontractors, procurement, budgeting, and compliance for federal contracts, ensuring effective communication and coordination between project stakeholders. My project management experience includes significant projects such as generator installation for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and roof repair services for historical structures on Alcatraz Island.

Previously, I led proposal development for federal contracts at Sanford Federal Inc., where I negotiated pricing and ensured compliance with agency requirements. My early experience as an HR & Operations Intern further solidified my skills in supply chain coordination and project logistics. I am passionate about driving growth and excellence in every project I undertake.
