What I'm looking for

I seek a multilingual communication role where I can apply language production and support experience, work in collaborative teams, and continue developing quality assurance and customer-facing skills.

I am a multilingual communication specialist with a background in language production and technical support. I trained in English Language and Literature and studied Marketing, bringing both analytical and people-focused skills to my roles.

From 2020 to 2024 I served as a Language Production Supervisor, where I led language-related processes and ensured quality across deliverables. I later worked as a Technical Support Representative at Foundever, providing client-facing technical assistance.

I am fluent in Arabic, with advanced English and intermediate French, which helps me operate in multilingual settings and support diverse teams and customers. My educational background includes studies at Mundiapolis University and Hassan II University of Arts and Humanities.

I am motivated by creative communication work and continuous improvement, and I enjoy reading, videography, and other creative activities outside of work.
