I'm looking to lead end-to-end product work on high-impact fintech, payments, or operational platforms where I can combine hands-on building, data-driven growth, compliance-aware design, and distributed team leadership.

I've built and scaled digital products across Southeast Asian fintech, spanning payments, cards, lending, merchant ecosystems, and operational platforms. At Skor Technologies, I own a credit card program end to end and helped drive approximately 22x channel growth while improving conversion from 5.4% to 22.5%.

I personally shipped three production platforms using Claude Code and Lovable: an agent operations platform, a real-time risk decision-support system processing approximately 2,000 flagged cases monthly, and a B2B partner self-service platform. I also identified a risk policy anomaly and led a cross-functional recovery that raised pre-approval rates from 13.7% to 32%.

At ShopeePay, I led payment-processing strategy across SEA markets and delivered approximately $1M+ USD in annual savings through payment-routing optimization. I also reduced merchant onboarding SLA from 15 days to 3 days by redesigning internal review workflows and building configurable operations tooling.

I've led distributed teams across Indonesia, Singapore, and China, and currently manage 3 team leaders overseeing 50+ people. I bring hands-on product building, data-driven prioritization, compliance-aware design, and PSPO-certified Scrum delivery to regulated financial products.
