At Old Dominion University, I resolved 20–30 weekly IT support requests involving Windows systems, user accounts, software, and network access. I troubleshot Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft 365, and workstation issues, documenting tickets in ServiceNow.
In my Data Center Operations & Cabling Simulation home lab, I laid out a simulated server rack, documented power connections and a cable schedule, and followed a written procedure for equipment installation and decommissioning. I also diagnosed and documented a connectivity fault between two laptops.
For my Data Center Operations Home Lab, I built an Ubuntu Server VM and simulated service requests. I diagnosed power, network, and SSH failures, restored access, and recorded verification results.
I also configured Microsoft Entra ID as a SAML 2.0 identity provider and integrated a test service provider for SP-initiated SSO. I validated authentication and NameID delivery, then isolated an SSO failure and tested the setup against an alternative service.
