What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own deployment and integration of monitoring platforms, support customers end-to-end, and use AI-assisted troubleshooting to deliver reliable SLAs and clear guidance.

I’m a customer-focused IT and support professional with 3+ years of experience helping both technical and non-technical end users resolve issues across enterprise, internal, and consumer-facing environments. I’m especially strong at troubleshooting across many product types—enterprise monitoring, hardware, networking, mobile apps, and databases—without being limited to one system.

In my Deployment Engineer role, I led end-to-end deployment and integration of SolarWinds monitoring products for 500+ enterprise customers, taking configurations from onboarding through go-live. I spearheaded the IMF Network Architecture and Monitoring Project, configuring and onboarding 600+ devices and servers, and coordinated onboarding for 400+ customers as a primary point of contact.

I also bring developer-adjacent depth when problems require it: I can read configuration data, logs, and API-adjacent monitoring output to trace root cause, and I’m comfortable tracing an API call when deeper investigation is needed. I perform database migrations to protect integrity and continuity while keeping live monitoring environments stable.

To accelerate results, I use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) daily for diagnosis, documentation, and configuration work—then apply critical judgment to review and correct AI-generated output before changes reach production. I train and enable partners and IT teams, including delivering technical training to 160 IT engineers, and I keep technical documentation and integration guides current for both technical and non-technical audiences.
