In my recent role as a Billing Specialist II at Zynex Medical, I honed my skills in billing processes and insurance claims management. I have a proven track record of accurately creating billing lines, reviewing and updating codes, and providing support for internal teams. My experience at Great-West Financial allowed me to develop my expertise in benefits administration, where I coordinated disbursements and trained new administrators, ensuring compliance with guidelines and enhancing operational efficiency.
