I'm looking to lead commercial growth, market access, brand positioning, and business development initiatives, particularly across Colombia and Latin America. I bring experience building teams, opening markets, developing channels, and delivering sales results.

I've led sales growth, market access, and brand positioning across Colombia and Latin America, delivering commercial results for Tecrom Group, BD, Johnson & Johnson Medical, Janer Distribuciones, Educar, and Mobil.

At Tecrom Group, I manage sales and business development for Colombia and LATAM while developing regional products, brands, and solutions for Colombia and Mexico. I lead commercial teams, marketing plans, market analysis, and market-access initiatives.

Previously at BD, I achieved top regional sales results across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, distribution-channel development, and sales-team leadership.

I've also opened offices in Western Colombia, launched products and educational programs, negotiated with institutional and private accounts, and positioned medical, surgical, diagnostics, education, and marketing brands in new markets.
