What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own accurate data/file interfacing and customer support—communicating clearly, meeting deadlines, and using strong urgency and attention to detail to troubleshoot errors and keep processes compliant.

I’m a hard-working, fast-learner and detail-oriented professional with 20+ years of experience in data management. I bring a strong sense of urgency and a focus on doing my job to the best of my ability, especially when deadlines and accuracy matter.

In my most recent role as a Call Center Agent, I make outbound calls and send resources via text or email, handle inbound questions about our resources and services, and document every interaction in Salesforce. I also create new member cases in Salesforce from member information.

Over the long term, I worked as an Alltran Financial Client Interface Specialist, preparing secure connections for FTP-based delivery, downloading client files, reviewing raw data for accuracy, and loading property records into our system. I processed client file requests, tracked uploads with dates and timestamps, troubleshot and analyzed errors, updated company SOPs, cross-trained co-workers and new employees, and supported business continuity drills—including traveling to various sites during natural disasters for continuity and compliance.
