At Sepal Group, I led IT operations across four factories, a corporate office, and a head office, managing Windows and Linux servers, cloud environments, Proxmox virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes, mail systems, firewalls, CCTV, backups, VPNs, and NAS storage. I reduced network downtime and service interruptions by 40% through improved infrastructure and deployed secure VPN and firewall policies for remote work during COVID-19.

Previously, I supported Bangladesh's Digital Land Management System by designing server and network infrastructure, maintaining local systems, and delivering CCTV and technology initiatives for government operations. I'm focused on secure digital transformation through system administration, cloud infrastructure, automation, and cybersecurity.
