Governance and service delivery oversight across Azure, Linux, Wintel, storage and backup within an enterprise hybrid-cloud estate. Holds go/no-go authority over change requests and leads managed service providers through BAU issues and critical incident restoration.

Sole IT function for a Singapore startup, building and running the entire cloud end-user computing stack including Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, and Azure Files. Migrated Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and deployed monitoring and ITSM platforms.

Managed customer infrastructure and change delivery for an enterprise telco client estate. Planned and executed hypervisor upgrades, patched VMware Cloud Foundation components, and performed RHEL and firmware upgrades with minimal downtime.

Planned break following six years of continuous service ownership at Monash.

Campus-wide infrastructure ownership including servers, storage, virtualisation, backup, DR, HPC and Active Directory. Led infrastructure projects and rebuilt recurring service request processes.

Infrastructure and service ownership for the campus research computing community. Took on High Performance Computing and Nutanix AHV, building BAU operating processes and leading GPU node and storage expansion projects.

Owned the campus computer lab estate including build standards, imaging and refresh cycles. Built and deployed the corporate SOE image and resolved L1 desktop tickets campus-wide.

Deployed and supported cheque automation kiosks for local banks, including imaging, branch rollout, patching and end-user training. Supported the OCBC CSDM v1.0 rollout including system testing and manual authoring.

Diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Alor Gajah, Melaka, completed from 2006 to 2009.
