I’m a results-driven Administrative and Human Resources Professional supporting management with executive and operational needs. I coordinate meetings, schedules, internal communications, and the preparation of reports and official correspondence.

In my current role as an HR & Administrative Officer, I manage employee records, attendance, and leave schedules while coordinating recruitment activities—from candidate screening to onboarding. I also handle employee inquiries and maintain positive workplace relations through confidentiality and professional ethics.

I help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by monitoring workforce requirements, coordinating staff activities, and supporting operational reporting and workforce analysis. I’ve contributed to maintaining efficiency through staffing changes, while staying organized and responsive to multiple priorities.

My key impact includes managing HR and administrative functions for 80+ employees, reducing absenteeism to minimal levels, and improving record-keeping and administrative processes. I also coordinate quarterly training programs to strengthen job knowledge and productivity.
