I'm targeting a Team Lead – Order to Cash / Collections role.

At Accenture Operations, I own a $50M collections portfolio across 300+ customer accounts. I use AR aging, DSO, and delinquency data to prioritize work while tracking SLAs and sustaining 90%+ quality scores.

As the team's Order-to-Cash SME, I handle complex account queries and process exceptions before formal escalation. I also apply root cause analysis to recurring disputes and reconciliation issues.

I prepare consolidated reports on unapplied payments and credits, and coordinate with customers, Cash Application, and Collection Lead teams on offsets, reversals, and account resolution. My daily performance reporting feeds into client and business reviews.

I've trained and onboarded 5–6 new joiners on systems, workflows, and collection processes. I received Star of Business recognition every year for consistent performance and contribution.
