What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Merchant Trainer & Technical Support role where I can apply my technical expertise and customer engagement skills to support merchant success and operational efficiency.

At Prayosha Food Services Pvt. Ltd. (Petpooja), I provide technical support to merchants and train them on platform features and technical operations. I troubleshoot hardware and network issues, including card-level hardware problems.

I also configure and maintain network infrastructure and access points, and remotely support users through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and UltraViewer.

Previously, I supported desktop systems at Phantom Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Sampark India Logistics Pvt. Ltd., handling operating system and hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and data backup and recovery.
