I've led HR technology delivery and operations at JCPenney Services India, governing PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll for approximately 60,000 employees. I consolidated six HR systems, modernized platforms across 10+ countries, and helped deliver approximately $12M in organizational cost savings.
I lead end-to-end HCM delivery across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Time and Attendance, Workforce Management, integrations, releases, incidents, and vendor governance. I’ve coordinated 35+ internal and external professionals and built operating controls for service continuity, risk, quality, and SLA/KPI performance.
Earlier, I led PeopleSoft modernization and upgrade programs at Hexaware Technologies and Tata Consultancy Services. I also established Automation Anywhere RPA capabilities and have advanced applied learning in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and responsible workflow automation.
