I’m an HR Transformation and HR Technology leader with 20+ years of experience, including 12+ years delivering HR systems and enterprise transformation. I translate business strategy into scalable HR operating models, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

I lead end-to-end HR technology programs spanning Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HROperations, C&B, and L&D—driving adoption through stakeholder management, change management, governance, and process automation. I’ve implemented RPA to eliminate non-value-added work and introduced AI-driven support to improve employee experience across HR functions.

My current work emphasizes workforce planning and readiness: I partner with business leaders to define workforce planning models, strengthen bench management, and improve staffing accuracy and utilization. I also run rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and UAT, deliver enablement for user readiness, and lead go-live change management—using tools like Workday, RippleHire, Oracle PeopleSoft, and AI tools such as Claude AI and Co-Pilot.
