At Global Blue, I acted as Country Finance Manager for Spain, partnering with senior leadership on forecasts, internal controls and business decisions. I directed statutory reporting, tax compliance, SOX controls and audit readiness.
At Global Blue, I also led the migration to a new statutory close calendar, aligning cross-functional teams and removing operational bottlenecks. As Accounting Manager, I developed a six-person team and defined RACI models, SOPs and training frameworks for Reporting and GL.
At Marelli, I led a 27-member multinational P2P team, managed performance with KPIs and standardised workflows with plant controllers and GBS stakeholders. At Johnson Controls, I led an intercompany reporting team and coordinated the transfer of reporting operations to India.
Earlier at Johnson Controls, I reduced intercompany out-of-balance differences by 78% and introduced improvements to standardise and shorten reconciliation timelines during an assignment in São Paulo. I’m a certified International Life Coach, with training in Agile Leadership, and have coached and developed teams in multinational environments.
