With over a decade of professional experience, I bring a strong technical foundation in telecommunications engineering, paired with deep expertise in field and office management, team leadership, and stakeholder relationship building. I’m known for enhancing customer satisfaction through dependable service delivery.

In my current role as a Deployment Analyst at PwC Acceleration Centre, I spearhead the extraction, transformation, and cleansing of work request data across Australia/New Zealand and the APAC region to ensure accurate allocation to resources. I also manage daily operational workflows (including email notifications, resource enrollment on SDC Connect, and workflow management using SD Phoenix tools), while supporting Deployment Seniors across multiple clusters.

I focus on data-driven workforce analytics—generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting, identifying discrepancies, resolving utilization lapses, and updating productivity/utilization metrics to improve allocation decisions. I’ve identified and implemented automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, completed UAT testing for a new workflow tool, served as PMO for the New Zealand territory, and represented the team for cross-functional training sent to India.
