I'm currently managing statutory compliance and workforce governance at Mynd Integrated Solutions, supporting client, employee, and contractor populations. I prepare compliance returns, coordinate audits, verify contractor records, and administer PF and ESI processes.

Previously, at Werner Electric and AO Smith India, I managed employee lifecycle operations from pre-boarding through exit management, maintained HRIS records, validated payroll inputs, and supported employee relations. I've also coordinated benefits, insurance enrolments, vendor services, travel, and workplace administration.

At Shahi Exports, I supported bulk recruitment, manpower planning, factory workforce administration, payroll inputs, grievance handling, and employee welfare committees. I worked closely with Production, EHS, Quality, Finance, and Administration teams to keep operations running smoothly.

I'm grounded in HR policies, labour law compliance, documentation, employee experience, and workforce governance, backed by an MSW in HR Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
