I am an HR professional with extensive hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, payroll and administration within export-oriented manufacturing. I have led HR functions across multiple organizations, ensuring legal compliance and smooth employee lifecycle management.
Currently I serve as Manager HR at an export division since January 2017, after progressive HR roles including Assistant Manager (HR & Compliance) and HR Executive. I have implemented compliance policies, managed audits and coordinated statutory inspections across departments.
I have strong payroll expertise with multiple payroll systems (Megasoft, Maxtime, FoxPro, Om Sai), and routinely manage ESIC/EPF processes, contractor agreements, full & final settlements, and monthly MIS and leave records. I also handle recruitment, training, welfare committees and grievance resolution.
I bring positive attitude, leadership, team spirit and a commitment to performance, plus practical knowledge of factory startup, production operations and interactions with government bodies and social/technical audits (SEDEX, buyer audits).
