What I'm looking for

I'm looking for product or operations roles where I can turn ambiguous business problems into structured workflows, product roadmaps, and AI-enabled solutions while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

At Accenture, I own discovery-to-delivery workflows for a 30,000+ record enterprise dataset and process around 100 Resource Requisition Demands daily. I designed a multi-tier prioritization and approval framework, translate policy requirements into operating guidance, and act as the primary contact for PMOs and business-unit stakeholders.

I independently scoped, built, and shipped a VBA automation that removed a recurring 3–4 hour daily bottleneck across nine interconnected Excel sheets. I’ve also created a 15-day onboarding curriculum that makes complex platform workflows and approval governance teachable for new joiners.

Outside my role, I founded an AI-automated D2C brand and built Outreach AI, an end-to-end B2B outreach automation product. I enjoy turning ambiguous problems into practical product roadmaps, technical decisions, AI feature definitions, and commercially grounded delivery plans.
