What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ERP, digital transformation, information systems, and data-driven modernization initiatives where I can coordinate stakeholders, improve business processes, and support successful technology adoption.

At Nepal Oil Corporation, I lead the SAP Business One implementation, coordinating project plans, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, testing, training, and post-implementation support.

I've delivered software requirements for sales and distribution, finance, HRIS, quality control, and e-payment modules, while establishing a data center and inter-branch VPN architecture.

I also teach Big Data Analytics, operations management, supply chain, information systems, and database management at Presidential Graduate School, and have taught ERP, business intelligence, Oracle, and computer science courses at College for Professional Studies.

My work combines ERP deployment, information systems, data analytics, infrastructure, and organizational change. I've also published research on ERP deployment in Nepal's oil and gas industry, digital payment adoption, and cybersecurity in e-governance.
