At POWER BRAINS PVT. LTD. / POWER BRAINS NEPAL, I manage and coordinate ERP implementation and deployment activities across client organizations. I work with clients to understand their business requirements, operational processes, reporting needs, and system issues.

I provide functional consulting and support across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, SFA, HRM, and Automotive Management. I also coordinate demonstrations, user training, UAT, data migration, and post-implementation assistance.

I use Oracle SQL to investigate data, develop reports and queries, validate records, and troubleshoot issues. I analyze discrepancies across operational and accounting tables and support reconciliation and corrective actions.

I have participated in 4+ large-industry ERP implementations and have exposure to 10+ CRM/SFA implementations. My work has also included Automotive Service Centre / Job Card processes, historical data migration, and coordinating requirements and fixes with development teams.
