At Kumari Bank, I coordinate card operations, digital lending, recovery processes, reporting, system improvements, and information-security initiatives. I support reliable payment operations around the Compass Plus (TranzAxis) card switch and oversee credit-card issuance, dispute settlement, recovery workflows, MIS reporting, and controls.

I've led a core infrastructure system audit, documented vulnerabilities and control gaps, and coordinated remediation with risk teams, technical stakeholders, and external auditors. I also led Smart Recovery Planning to automate digital-lending recovery reporting, follow-up records, communications, and secure data storage.

Previously at PCS, I led Bankplus core banking development and implementation for multiple financial institutions and directed a centralized Electronic Cheque Clearing implementation. I build practical bridges between business requirements and technical delivery through planning, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
