I've led end-to-end delivery of digital, data, and technology products at Peace Nepal dot com across banking, insurance, and financial services. My work includes a Customer 360 and digital onboarding platform used by approximately 5–6 banking and development-banking institutions, plus approximately 20 banking and third-party integrations.

I translate business and operational problems into requirements, user stories, workflows, and implementation plans alongside engineering, BI, data, and UI/UX teams. I've contributed to insurance BI and analytics platforms, capital-markets and payment workflows, and AI/ML product initiatives including semantic search, chatbots, and document extraction.

Previously, I led operations and product development for Sodhpuch, a local search and digital platform, working with an 8-person development team on search, e-commerce capabilities, and business mini-websites. I applied data-driven search and recommendation approaches using Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j.

My earlier finance and audit leadership experience gives me a strong foundation in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, controls, forecasting, and quantitative modeling. I also participate in ML/data science projects spanning financial forecasting, market prediction, volatility modeling, NLP, computer vision, and product matching.
