At WINGS INFONET PVT. LTD., I support and test accounting and ERP solutions used by corporate clients including Hindustan Lever, ITC, Titan, Bharat Shell, H.P., Indian Oil, and Aircel.
I handle Tier-3 application support and technical troubleshooting, and test ERP releases through functional, regression, and integration testing. I also validate APIs with Postman and verify transaction data using SQL.
In my current role, I write complex T-SQL queries to investigate transaction logs, data discrepancies, and live database locks. I also guide implementation teams through deployments, migrations, and configuration updates.
Earlier, at TRINITY CHIMES, I maintained inventory, billing, and supply chain software supporting distribution for Nestle India, Reckitt Benckiser, and VST Ltd. I also developed business utilities and reports and supported database backups, server operations, and hardware and networking uptime.
