Raihana Abdul Kadiri

I am an organized, results-driven project coordinator with 3+ years supporting entrepreneurship programs, capacity-building initiatives, and donor-funded development projects. I thrive delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and collaborating with multicultural, remote teams.

At Tradeline Consult, I coordinated capacity-building for over 350 women entrepreneurs under the MEDA GROW 2 project, delivered step-down mentorship to SME mentors, and designed agricultural TVET curricula in partnership with the British Council. I also led proposal and concept note development for donor projects including GTI, MSR, ATI, FSRP, and the Mastercard Foundation.

Previously at HOPin Academy I managed Ghana Tech Lab’s 6-month Acceleration Program, facilitated sessions and mentorship that contributed to recognition as Best Acceleration Hub (2022), organized large-scale events such as the Tamale Startup Summit 2021, and launched the Northern Social Enterprise Network funded by the Danish Government.

I am proficient with MS Office, Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, MS Teams and Zoom, and I bring strengths in stakeholder engagement, training facilitation, report and proposal writing, and donor-funded program management. I am eager to contribute these skills to mission-driven teams focused on entrepreneurship, capacity building, and measurable impact.
