I am a highly organized and responsible virtual assistant with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for professional development. With extensive experience in the hotel reservations world, I have developed excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to handle tough jobs quickly. I am a fast learner who can work under pressure and deliver great results independently. In my current role as a virtual assistant at Relav8, I act as the first point of contact for insurer correspondence, dealing with brokers and insurers via email and making outbound calls for updates on endorsement requests, certificate of currency documents, and filed claims. I ensure that all requests are being updated on Salesforce CRM.

Prior to this, I worked as an executive assistant/project manager at Radical Change LLC, where I effectively communicated with clients and team members, managed and responded to emails, organized meetings and appointments, and handled administrative tasks. I am proficient in using Canva for creating flyers, invitations, and visuals. I have keen attention to detail and am skilled in time management and using MS Office.
