I’m a Supply Chain & Operations professional with 4+ years across D2C, B2B, and quick-commerce environments. I focus on building inventory and cost operations that scale reliably—so growth doesn’t create supply disruptions or operational blind spots.
At Conscious Chemist, I built the end-to-end inventory system from scratch, moving from limited stock visibility to full operational control. I scaled from 43,000 to 108,000 D2C orders/month with zero fulfilment disruptions, while saving ~₹11.5 Lac/month in OpEx and leading a 3-person team across 25+ vendors.
I’m especially strong at turning planning into executable systems: I implemented demand-based planning, dynamic reorder logic using actuals + projections, and automated inventory refresh through an Easyecom WMS-to-Google-Sheets data pipeline. I also improved last-mile performance and auditability using shipper carton barcode tracking and operational MIS reconciliation to prevent charge leakage and year-end accumulation.
Previously at Zomato Hyperpure, I owned fleet operations and planning for ~900 Blinkit darkstores across 15 warehouses, maintaining 95%+ OTIF while managing a ₹10 Cr/month fleet cost budget.
