At Waterlily Labs, I provided L1/L2 technical support for software engineers and end users across hybrid Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

I managed onboarding and offboarding through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, maintained Windows Server and Group Policy environments, and administered Microsoft 365 mailboxes, licensing, distribution groups, and MFA. I also supported Hyper-V virtual machines, IIS services, Linux servers on OVH Cloud, DNS, OpenVPN, WireGuard, and BitLocker.

I diagnosed hardware, software, networking, storage, and performance issues while supporting developer workstations, GitHub, TFS, Visual Studio, and MySQL. I also migrated a MySQL database from Windows Server to Linux and monitored database recovery.

Alongside infrastructure support, I've conducted vulnerability assessments with Nmap, packet analysis with Wireshark, and digital forensics investigations covering evidence preservation, hashing, incident response, and reporting. I'm building toward Security Operations, cloud security, and incident response roles.
