I’m a Microsoft Certified System Administrator with 3+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies. I focus on secure, reliable operations—especially where device lifecycle, compliance, and troubleshooting directly impact user experience.

In my current role as a System Administrator (Intune & SCCM), I administer Microsoft Intune for modern endpoint management and device lifecycle operations, and manage SCCM/MECM infrastructure for application deployment, software distribution, and patch management using SCCM + WSUS. I support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications, and I configure Windows Autopilot deployment profiles.

I also handle identity and security fundamentals for large environments: Active Directory administration, Microsoft Entra ID joined and Hybrid Joined devices, and hybrid identity solutions. I build and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and endpoint security baselines, and I manage BitLocker encryption policies to strengthen endpoint security.

I’ve supported enterprise IT operations for 20,000+ users globally, maintaining SLA performance exceeding 97%. I’m recognized as a Best Performer for service delivery and customer support, and I enjoy building hybrid workplace solutions—like my hybrid Microsoft infrastructure lab using Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server 2022, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and virtualization testing (VMware/Hyper-V).
