In my current Senior System Engineer role, I provide Level 2/3 support across customer environments and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid identity. I also deploy infrastructure automation using Immybot and support Windows Server and virtualized environments.
At RemoteLink IT, I managed infrastructure for 60+ MSP client environments and led 20+ cloud migrations from on-premises to Microsoft Azure. I also administered Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, deployed Microsoft Intune, and configured WatchGuard and Fortinet firewalls.
At DNSFilter, I delivered Tier 2 DNS security support to MSP partners and enterprise clients, investigating product and network configuration issues. I reproduced customer-reported issues and coordinated with product and engineering teams to report defects and communicate resolution status.
