At Uptime Global, I manage and support infrastructure for MSP clients across Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and Luxembourg. I monitor servers and endpoints with Datto RMM and handle incident and change tickets through Viaje.

I administer client backups and recovery using Veeam, Commvault, Acronis, Symantec, and Windows Server Backup, including restore testing and failed-job remediation. I also deliver monthly server patching and run Rapid7 vulnerability assessments with remediation reports.

Previously, at Cubo Systems International, I administered Windows and Linux servers across on-premises and cloud environments, including Azure Virtual Machines and AWS EC2. I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certifications.
