At AGM Inc, I lead senior engagement with government ministries, regulators, financial institutions, and national aviation stakeholders while aligning corporate objectives with Guyana's policy priorities.

I've progressed through five promotions in five years—from Administration Secretary to Liaison Director—driving ESG implementation, regulatory compliance, governance, risk controls, and sustainable mining initiatives. My work strengthens AGM Inc's responsible mining position and supports cross-functional delivery across corporate, compliance, aviation, procurement, HR, and stakeholder relations.

Before AGM, I delivered client financial solutions and upheld compliance standards at Scotiabank Guyana, where I mentored junior tellers and earned Teller of the Month recognition. I also managed digital strategy, advertising, campaign execution, and client relationships as an Account Manager at Toucan Ltd.

I'm committed to sustainable value, empowered communities, and stronger governance across Guyana's mining sector, supported by training in ESG, corporate governance, PRINCE2, mineral resource management, and international trade cooperation.
