Raghuvaran Chintakindi

I’m a GenAI Engineer with 10 years of total IT experience and 3 years focused on Generative AI & AgenticAI. I specialize in RAG systems, semantic search, and production-grade multi-agent orchestration, with guardrails and traceable deployments.

In my current role at LTIMindtree, I lead GenAI initiatives for enterprise clients—architecting multi-agent systems on AWS (Bedrock + serverless) and building NLQ over Snowflake. I focus on cost/performance tuning, end-to-end observability, and reliable execution in real production environments.

Previously at Accenture, I designed and delivered data/ML platforms and modernized analytics APIs, including building a LangChain-based RAG system. Earlier, as a Software Engineer at Eidiko Systems Integrators, I built backend services and data pipelines and contributed to API design, testing, and on-prem to cloud migrations.

My hands-on toolkit includes LangChain, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Snowflake, Langfuse tracing, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for standardized tool communication. I’m certified in AI & ML (GenAI specialization) from IIIT B, and I enjoy turning complex requirements into systems that are debuggable, secure, and demonstrably useful.
