I’m looking to build and ship production AI systems—LLM/RAG and multi-agent pipelines—while leading engineering execution end-to-end. I want hands-on system design, measurable performance/cost wins, and a team culture that values technical mentoring and strong delivery.

I’m an AI/GenAI engineer and engineering leader with 7+ years building production LLM-powered systems, scalable distributed architectures, and multi-agent pipelines in Python. I’ve led teams of 5+ engineers, owning system design, sprint planning, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.

I deliver end-to-end agentic AI features—autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and document analysis—into real products, including healthcare, fashion, and supply chain. In WellPro, I integrated Langfuse via an internal library, built a multimodal ingestion pipeline, implemented RAG memory context, and delivered a multi-agent copilot with FHIR-integrated access—reducing runtime by 20%, increasing extraction by 40%, and cutting LLM cost by two-thirds.

I also build and ship full-stack data-and-backend platforms: from ETL pipelines (Scrapy, Selenium, schema normalization, dedup) to low-latency APIs (FastAPI, Django/DRF, REST) and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP).
