At Accenture, I developed a RAG-based incident search assistant using historical postmortems, reducing incident resolution time by 50% and achieving an MRR of 0.94. I used MongoDB Atlas for document and vector search, integrated LangChain workflows, and deployed the application on AWS EC2.
I also integrated MCP with LangChain4j for LLM-driven decisions and dynamic tool invocation in an enterprise middleware application. In my middleware work for Bank of America, I developed and maintained message routing and secure application communication, and supported production releases and vulnerability remediation.
