What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can grow community engagement and trust, apply customer experience and sales skills, and take on campaign and moderation responsibilities.

I am a community management professional focused on building trust and engagement within crypto communities through active Discord and Telegram moderation, community support, and campaign management. I have a background in customer experience and partner activation, driving leads into sales and collecting post-sales feedback.

From 2017 onward I worked in customer-facing roles at NextInc and Renewbuy, where I supported RM lead conversion through cold-calling and activated partners to meet business targets. Since December 2021 I have managed crypto project communities remotely, resolving user queries and increasing community trust.

I bring strong communication skills, basic web/app development knowledge, online moderation experience, MS Office proficiency, and a practical sales strategy mindset. I seek roles where I can expand community growth, improve user experience, and contribute to product-market fit.
