I build customer trust and drive sales through consultative, front-line communication. I’ve spent 10+ years working directly with customers and teams, from retail and automotive sales to commercial consulting.

Most of my experience comes from my time as Controlador de estação at BRT – Mobi Rio (2017 – 2025). In that role, I developed discipline, service focus, and operational responsibility—skills I now apply to commercial work.

More recently, I’ve worked as a Consultor Comercial at Persone Marketing e Gestão (Home Office) for 1 year. I use CRM (Callix e ASC) and strong business communication to support lead management and customer follow-up.

I also bring a teaching and language background with Pós-graduação latu - sensu: Libras, tradução, interpretação e Docência (2022 - 2024). Alongside Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet e computador disponível para Home Office, I’m ready to contribute to growth-minded teams.
