At Jerónimo Martins, I led end-to-end social responsibility projects with budgets exceeding €500,000 across three countries. I presented strategic proposals to senior leadership and financial teams, using KPI analysis to support long-term decision-making.
Earlier at Jerónimo Martins, I managed employee cases and internal social responsibility initiatives, supporting operational processes and timely resolution across multiple stakeholders. I also supported projects, research and day-to-day programme implementation as a Corporate Social Responsibility Trainee.
After relocating to Austria, I founded Flamingu Studio. I help founders clarify brand direction and create visual identity systems, extending them across packaging, editorial design, websites and printed collateral.
