What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Werkstudent positions, up to 20 hours per week.

At Vorstudienlehrgang der Wiener Universitäten, I coordinated a team of 10 student coordinators supporting 800 international students. I organized intercultural events, managed budgets, and prepared program reports.

At Vsegda Coffee, I managed daily café operations and hired and trained 17 employees. I created work instructions and technical sheets that made onboarding faster.

I expanded the supplier network to 12 suppliers and reduced menu-item costs by 6 to 13% without compromising quality. I also maintained the café's digital menu, POS, and electronic tipping systems.

As a freelance graphic designer, animator, and artproducer, I create posters, illustrations, and animated content for clients and music projects. I'm studying Film, Theater and Media Studies at the University of Vienna and bring a background in graphic design and animation to my coordination work.
