I’m looking for a role where I own end-to-end talent acquisition, partner with hiring managers on qualification criteria, and apply sourcing, screening, and salary negotiation to deliver high-quality hires with strong internal customer satisfaction.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist who manages full recruitment life cycle—planning through onboarding—by partnering closely with hiring managers to align qualification criteria, screening needs, and hiring outcomes to business demand.

Most recently, as a Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright (Wells Fargo and Google), I sourced and reached out to qualified candidates, conducted initial phone screens, built shortlists, and supported end-to-end coordination between candidates and hiring managers. I also handled salary negotiations and offer finalization while ensuring internal customer satisfaction through supplier relationship management and strong provider coordination.

Before that, I led recruiting strategy and process work as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flexi Ventures Pvt Ltd—covering sourcing, screening, selection, salary negotiations, job analysis, position-specific skill matrix design, and competency-based fitment analysis. Across earlier roles as a Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist, I monitored recruitment files, scheduled and conducted interviews each week, reviewed applications and background check reports, and analyzed recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with stakeholders.
