I'm seeking to apply my analytical, HR, and customer service skills to contribute to organizational growth through data-driven decision-making and effective team collaboration.

At Boston Scientific, I manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, including order processing, billing, collections, cash applications, and customer account reconciliations.

I help ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, and revenue recognition in line with company policies and accounting standards. I also collaborated with IT to enhance ERP system capabilities for O2C operations.

In my current role, I established KPIs for credit risk management, collections efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Earlier, as an HR Intern at Kannect Engineers, I assisted with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling, and supported HR database updates and employee engagement activities.
