Support two American Family agents by answering calls, assisting with property and casualty policy/vehicle changes, and processing payments. Help customers with claims in Relate and coordinate with billing and claims adjusters while scanning and faxing documents.

Handled medical benefits claims for motor vehicle accident customers, managing about 200 claims at a time and contacting each customer at least monthly. Calculated wage loss, prepared claim documentation, and responded to attorney demands.

Taught general music to grades K, 1, and 4, independently and as a co-teacher. Created lesson plans aligned to Minnesota State Standards and co-created/taught two music programs to increase student engagement.
