I'm looking for a customer-facing insurance or account role where I can use consultative sales, policy knowledge, CRM skills, and bilingual Spanish communication to support customers and build lasting relationships.

At State Farm, I manage customer information, policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and insurance inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels.

I assess customer needs and recommend auto, home, and life insurance through consultative sales techniques while maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting retention.

Previously, I supported children’s learning and safety at Shepards Learning Academy, creating activities and communicating clearly with parents. I’m bilingual in Spanish and bring a service-focused approach to every customer interaction.
