What I'm looking for

I’m seeking Program Assistant or Research Assistant roles combining event/project support with policy research on global governance, science and security. I value collaborative teams, mentorship, and opportunities to take on growing responsibility.

I am an early-career professional with hands-on experience in event management, research, communications, and project support across academic, think tank, and international policy settings. I am organized, attentive, versatile, and eager for new challenges.

I have supported execution of a major conference serving 10,000+ guests, supervised teams executing 100+ events per quarter, and planned events for defense, industry, and international stakeholders. I draft and edit content for podcasts, journals, and newsletters and have published research on Arctic science and governance.

I bring strong administrative and technical skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Zotero, WordPress, Canva), advanced French and intermediate Japanese, and experience improving engagement and editorial quality. I am seeking roles where I can combine event and program support with policy research on global governance and science-technology-security intersections.
