Kristen Connell

I’m a quick learner with strong communication skills, confident working in fast-paced, demanding environments, and a solid understanding of job management and leadership. I bring critical thinking and a reliable approach to day-to-day operations.

Since October 2024, I’ve worked as a Paraprofessional at Piney Woods Elementary School in Splendora, TX. I was recognized as Paraprofessional of the Month for maintaining a happy, positive attitude, and I help create a safe, inclusive learning environment by organizing classroom spaces and smoothly managing planned activities.

I also bring experience from Farmers Insurance (January 2019 to January 2020) as a Producer, including certification by the Texas Department of Insurance in General Lines—Property & Casualty. I supported agency sales goals through new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service, retention, and profit goals, while following state laws and company policies.
