I helped build Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Sales and Solution Architect teams, hiring a Sales GM, Sales Directors, cloud sales professionals, SA managers, and technical specialists. These hires contributed to Oracle's No. 1 OCI growth in APAC, including talent attracted from AWS, Microsoft, Tencent Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
I've delivered executive search, direct sourcing, market mapping, talent profiling, workforce-planning partnership, background-check processes, campus recruiting, and AI-enabled social recruiting. I also design training for recruiters and hiring managers and have led teams of up to 10 researchers.
Before Oracle, I managed search and research work for clients including APP, Rolex, AstraZeneca, NOMURA Securities, Tyco, WPP, TNT, and SAP across FMCG, luxury, manufacturing, investment banking, and IT.
