What I'm looking for

I’m looking for part-time or contract opportunities where I can support leadership with people strategy, culture, and the employee life cycle—bringing HR database expertise and efficient executive assistance to help teams perform quickly and intelligently.

I empower companies to look at their people as their biggest asset, and I’ve worked across small to large organisations—predominantly in the tech start-up space—spanning SaaS, wellness, music, data, biotech, and fintech. I thrive where I can think on my feet, be creative, and partner with leadership on people strategy to increase efficiency in the workplace and build a strong culture.

From managing HR databases to owning the employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, retention, offboarding), I also lead on DEI, employee relations, and culture through events and communication.
