Implemented People processes and employee relations frameworks for a global technology consultancy operating across multiple jurisdictions. Supported contractor management practices and related HR compliance needs.

Hired 50+ technical employees during a period of rapid pandemic-era growth. Built the company’s first structured HR policies, employee relations and performance management frameworks, and supported remote-work practices, EVP, ATS, and careers pages from scratch.

Served as a generalist HR business partner across two engineering businesses, covering employee relations, talent management, performance management, compliance, and leadership coaching. Partnered with leadership to support core people management needs across the organisations.

Led the commercial talent acquisition function, managing a team of 8 across high-volume and senior-level hiring. Supported recruitment efforts for one of the Middle East’s largest banks.

Conducted technical and engineering recruitment across global energy and infrastructure markets. Supported hiring for roles in technical and engineering domains.

Working toward a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) through the Open University.

Completed CIPD Level 5 People Management at ICS Learn (UK) in 2022.

Earned a BA (Hons) in Politics & International Relations from Nottingham Trent University.
