I’m a remote data specialist with 10+ years of customer service experience, with a strong foundation in training management, data management, and excellence in all areas of employment. I bring a detail-driven approach that helps teams stay accurate, responsive, and efficient.

As an Admissions Counselor (2021–2024) with Liberty University Online, I supported efficiency and multi-tasking while delivering intricate customer service and contributing to de-escalation training.
